You may return your item within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.

## Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items caused by misuse
- Products returned after 15 days
- Altered or incomplete items

## Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

## Return Shipping
