Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Yes! LUMELUX ships worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by country. All applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the courier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact our support team.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order will have entered processing and changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at support@lumelux.com if you need to make any changes.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking number for any updates. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact our support team and we will investigate and resolve it for you promptly.
Yes. All LUMELUX outdoor solar lights carry an IP65 waterproof rating, meaning they are fully protected against rain, dust, and most outdoor weather conditions including heavy rain and snow. They are designed for year-round outdoor use.
Our solar lights provide 6–12 hours of illumination on a full charge depending on the model. For best results, ensure the solar panel receives at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight during the day.
Yes. All our solar lights feature a built-in dusk-to-dawn smart sensor that automatically activates the light at sunset and switches it off at sunrise. No manual switching is required.

Absolutely. The RGB LED Night Light features both touch control and remote control. A single tap on the lamp cycles through colours and modes, and holding the touch point adjusts brightness. The remote simply adds extra convenience from a distance.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Please take clear photos of the damage and email them to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no need to return the damaged item.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for your bank to reflect the amount.
Yes. If you would like to exchange your item for a different design or variant, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges subject to stock availability.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Yes! We regularly offer seasonal promotions and exclusive discount codes. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated. Discount codes can be entered at checkout in the promo code field.
Wipe the solar panel and body with a soft damp cloth every few weeks to remove dust and dirt. Keeping the solar panel clean ensures maximum charging efficiency. Do not use harsh chemicals or high-pressure water.
For optimal performance:
  • Charge in direct sunlight for 6–8 hours before first use
  • Position the solar panel facing south at a slight downward tilt
  • Install away from other artificial light sources
  • Clean the solar panel surface regularly
  • Remove any protective film from the panel before use
Clean with a soft lint-free microfibre cloth. Avoid paper towels or rough fabrics as they may cause micro-scratches. Keep away from direct prolonged sunlight. Store in the gift box when not in use.
Both charge via the included USB cable. Plug into any USB port, power adapter, or laptop. A full charge takes approximately 3–4 hours. Avoid overcharging by unplugging once fully charged.
